Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architecture Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design and planning to construction and completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review and approve architectural designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on architectural best practices
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related role (managerial experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
