Industrial Alpinist



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at great heights, using specialized equipment and techniques. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access work at various industrial sites, including painting, cleaning, maintenance, and construction tasks
- Inspect and maintain equipment regularly to ensure safety standards are met
- Conduct risk assessments before each job and implement proper safety measures
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies
- Keep accurate records of work performed and report any issues or incidents immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Valid certification in industrial rope access (e.g. IRATA or SPRAT)
- Extensive knowledge of industrial alpinism techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work at great heights for extended periods of time
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or nights if needed
