Job Title: Librarian - La Condamine, Monaco


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Librarian to join our team in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library resources, providing information services to patrons, and promoting literacy and learning within the community.

Responsibilities:
- Manage library collections, including cataloging materials and maintaining an accurate inventory
- Assist patrons with finding and accessing resources, including books, multimedia materials, and online databases
- Develop programs and activities to promote reading and literacy among children and adults
- Provide reference services to patrons by answering questions, conducting research, and recommending resources
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement library events such as book clubs or author visits
- Stay updated on current trends in literature, technology, and library science to ensure the library stays relevant in the community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a library setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patrons of all ages
- Knowledge of cataloging systems and information retrieval tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
