Architecture Manager

The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in the city of Herning. This individual will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and engineers in developing designs for new construction projects
- Review and approve project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the bidding process for contractors and select the most suitable candidates for each project
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that work is being completed according to plans and within budget
- Coordinate with city officials and other stakeholders throughout the project development process
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, budget, and timeline

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Experience managing a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
- Proficiency in relevant computer software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
