Project Manager - Eschen, India

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Eschen, India. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within budget and on time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities to achieve project goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet changing needs
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello
- PMP certification is a plus
