As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. This is a part-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations and assist with online purchases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Proficiency in additional languages would be an asset.
