Formworker

As a Formworker in Faroe-Islands, you will be responsible for constructing, setting up, and dismantling formwork structures for concrete placement. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, creating layout and marking guidelines on formwork panels, assembling and aligning formwork panels, securing them with bolts and clamps, placing concrete within the forms, and inspecting the completed structure for accuracy and quality.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Formworker or a similar role. You must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols are also essential. Knowledge of basic carpentry tools and techniques is required.

Key responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine formwork requirements
- Create layout guidelines on formwork panels according to the blueprint
- Assemble formwork panels using bolts and clamps
- Place concrete within the forms using appropriate tools
- Inspect completed structures for accuracy and quality
- Dismantle formwork structures after concrete has set
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker or similar role

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month without accommodation.

Location:
This position is located in Faroe Islands. While preference will be given to local candidates, we welcome applicants from other nationalities who are eligible to work in Faroe Islands.
