We are looking for a professional and experienced Moderator to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and interactions on various platforms such as forums, social media, and chat rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and interactions to ensure they adhere to community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Encourage positive engagement and foster a respectful community atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with tact and professionalism
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
