Junior Computer Support Specialist - Horsens, Denmark

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. In this contract position, you will provide technical support to our clients and assist with troubleshooting and resolving computer and software-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without previous experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to clients experiencing computer or software-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Install and configure new hardware and software for clients
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with senior support specialists to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend improvements for our clients' systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in computer science or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in Danish (written and spoken) is preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
