Indian Team Lead - Acre, Israel



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Team Lead to join our growing team in Acre, Israel. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Indian employees and overseeing their daily tasks and performance. Your role will require strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Indian employees
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Monitor employee productivity and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and tools
- Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (Hebrew is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to different audiences
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
- Must have valid work visa for Israel

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
