Team Lead - Customer Service (Acre, Egypt)
As a Team Lead for our customer service department in Acre, Egypt, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer service representatives. Your main goal will be to ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of all customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of team members
- Act as a point of escalation for any complex or sensitive customer issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the customer service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or evenings as needed
