Loader Operator in Mauren, Africa

As a Loader Operator in Mauren, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and move materials within a construction or industrial site. You will work with a team to ensure efficient and safe loading of materials onto trucks or other transport vehicles. This position requires physical strength and stamina as well as technical knowledge of operating heavy machinery. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating loaders and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position without accommodation, suitable for students or individuals with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to load and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, etc.
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct daily maintenance checks on the loader and report any issues to the supervisor
- Work closely with the team to efficiently load materials onto trucks or other transport vehicles
- Communicate effectively with other team members using hand signals or radio communication
- Ensure proper positioning of materials for maximum efficiency during loading
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and transported
- Assist with general labor tasks when not operating the loader

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Technical knowledge of loader operation and maintenance
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license preferred
