Part-time Librarian

We are hiring a Part-time Librarian for our library in Multan. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and organizing library programs and events.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Librarian or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of library procedures and systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills, including cataloging and database management
- Must be able to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the library's collection by cataloging, processing, shelving, and weeding materials as needed
- Assist patrons with research inquiries, reference questions, and computer usage
- Develop and implement programs and events for all ages to promote literacy and engage the community
- Collaborate with other librarians to plan, promote, and evaluate library services
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in library services and technology
- Attend professional development workshops or conferences as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Library Director
