Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Funchal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's specifications. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Supervise and lead a team of architects and designers
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Review and approve project drawings, designs, and specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels

Preferred qualifications:
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience working on architectural projects in Funchal or Portugal
- Previous experience working with freshers or entry-level architects

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
