We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee the design and construction of various projects in the city of Funchal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, preferably with experience working in Portugal. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000/month and includes accommodation, as well as a free visa and ticket. The Architecture Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of architects in one of Europe's most beautiful cities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of design and construction projects from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Review project designs for accuracy, functionality, and feasibility
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members for their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, techniques, and software (AutoCAD)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Portugal (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
