Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Funchal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with clients and contractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire architectural design process from concept development to construction completion
- Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring they are adhered to throughout the project
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Review designs for compliance with building codes and regulations before submission for approval
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support when needed

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
