Senior Architect - Part Time



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for an individual who is looking to supplement their current schedule with a challenging and rewarding role in the architecture industry. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for providing design solutions and overseeing the development of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee and manage project teams, including junior architects and external consultants
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with design plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in the US. Remote work may be possible depending on the location of the candidate.
