Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of commercial buildings in the city of Herning. You will work alongside experienced architects to create innovative and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create architectural designs for commercial buildings
- Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Utilize design software to create 2D and 3D models and renderings
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Attend meetings with clients to gather requirements and present design proposals
- Monitor construction progress and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Herning
- Fluent in Danish or other Scandinavian languages
