Head Baker


We are a renowned bakery in Mecca, seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of various baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Develop new recipes and maintain existing ones to ensure a diverse and appealing menu.
- Train and supervise a team of bakers, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop promotional strategies.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust production accordingly to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a baker with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- Passion for creating high-quality baked goods that meet customer expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
