- Ability to use barbering tools and equipment effectively
- Good customer service skills
- Fluent in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and consult with them on their desired haircut or style
- Provide quality haircuts, shaves, and beard trims according to client requests
- Suggest new styles or products to clients based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barber shop
- Handle payments from clients accurately
