As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to various construction projects, ensuring a high-quality final product. Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing touches to surfaces including walls, floors, and ceilings
- Use various tools and techniques such as sanding, painting, staining, and varnishing to achieve desired results
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the finishing process
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in finish work is preferred
- Previous experience in finish work or construction is an asset but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
