Entry-Level Heavy Equipment Operator

As an Entry-Level Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your primary duties will include safely and efficiently using the equipment to move materials, load and unload trucks, and perform other construction tasks. You will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and inspections of the equipment to ensure proper functioning. This role may require working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve physical labor. Training will be provided for candidates without experience in heavy equipment operation.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Preferred:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of heavy equipment
- Familiarity with GPS systems for machine control

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Oslo, Norway (visa sponsorship available)
