Senior Architectural Designer

We are a leading architectural firm based in Oslo, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process from conceptualization to project completion. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in producing innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed drawings and renderings using CAD software
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review and approve material samples for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer in a professional setting
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design skills

Salary: 1200$ per month

City: Oslo
