Office Assistant in Fonvieille
As an Office Assistant in Fonvieille, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, managing files and documents, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. You will also assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. A high level of organization and attention to detail is crucial. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments
- Organizing office operations and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of important company documents
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Developing and maintaining a filing system for both physical and electronic documents
- Ordering office supplies when needed
- Submitting expense reports
- Managing outbound/inbound mail, faxes, emails, etc.
- Greeting clients/guests upon arrival
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
Salary: $900 per month
