As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. Your main role will be to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Train users on new systems or software
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Follow company policies and procedures for information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
