IT Support Specialist

We are currently hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Aarhus. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including diagnosing problems and finding solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other related equipment
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in client systems
- Educate clients on how to use various hardware and software applications
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Aarhus residency or willingness to relocate

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
