Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all products are consistently made to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote special menu items or promotions to guests
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
