We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team at Clairvaux Coffee Shop in the bustling city of Clairvaux. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, has excellent customer service skills, and has prior experience working as a barista.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks according to customer requests
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for all beverages served
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the espresso machine and other equipment
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and brewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
- Customer service-oriented mindset
