Senior Architect - Vianden, Luxembourg



We are hiring a talented Senior Architect to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings, as well as renovating and improving existing structures. As a Senior Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design proposals based on client needs and budget limitations
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Communicate with clients to present designs, discuss any changes or modifications, and address any concerns or questions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials, techniques, and technologies
- Mentor junior architects in the firm

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficiency in CAD software is a must
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Luxembourg
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- High level of creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
