Job Title: Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans, drawings, and models for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and structural requirements. This position is based in Dickirch, with a preference for Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for the project
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into all projects
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure feasibility of designs
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or project team members
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies in order to incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project team members

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday. The company provides a free visa and ticket for foreign employees. English proficiency is not required for this role.
