IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of all hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Stay updated on new technology trends and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage the company's budget for technology expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and data protection methods
- Experience with hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Experience working in an international environment or managing remote teams
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum

We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1400 per month based on qualifications. Accommodation can also be provided for foreign candidates if needed. Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.
