IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced and motivated IT Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our computer systems and networks, while also maintaining data security and integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the company's goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure data protection
- Provide technical support to all employees
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the industry
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies within a company
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Experience managing a team is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (this position is open to all nationalities)

Employment Type: Contract (6 months), with possibility for extension
