Administrative Assistant


We are in need of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our company by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements for staff
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with some administrative training)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
