Preservation Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Khanpur and we are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, while ensuring they meet modern safety and structural standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their condition and any necessary preservation or restoration work.
- Developing preservation plans that balance the historical significance of the building with modern functionality.
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the proper execution of preservation projects.
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to preservation plans.
- Conducting research on historical building materials and techniques to inform preservation efforts.
- Providing guidance on maintenance and repair of historical buildings to prevent future deterioration.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all preservation projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect.
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture, materials, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of modern safety and structural standards.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1400 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. We also provide health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
