Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Almada. Your main role will be to understand the client's needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop plans that adhere to building codes and regulations.

Your duties will include conducting site visits, developing conceptual designs, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing the construction process. You must possess strong technical skills in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. In addition, you must have a thorough understanding of building systems and materials.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills as you will collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and local authorities. You must also possess strong project management skills to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in commercial design projects. Experience working in Almada is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Working hours: full-time (40 hours per week)
