Teamlead for Indian English-speaking Team in Herzliya


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Herzliya. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Indian professionals who are fluent in English. Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Indian professionals to achieve company goals
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor team progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for growth
- Ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables within budget constraints
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the IT industry
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Experience working with Indian professionals is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
