We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Herzliya, Israel. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team of professionals. You will ensure that all team members are working towards achieving the company's goals and objectives, while also providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow professionally.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and focused on achieving company goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations for each team member
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams
- Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes or workflow and implement solutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Participate in hiring and training new team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with different levels of management
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving teams towards success
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficient in project management tools/software (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
