We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the product inventory and visual presentation in our retail store.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop merchandise strategies that align with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify product trends and customer preferences
- Plan and implement effective product displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify top-performing products and adjust inventory accordingly
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Train and supervise store staff on merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual displays are maintained according to company guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, visual display techniques, and retail operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis and making informed decisions based on sales data
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a creative eye for visual presentation

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
