Body Repair Master

As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This includes assessing the damage, removing damaged parts, and replacing them with new ones. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to complete repairs, including welding equipment and body filler. Your attention to detail and strong knowledge of vehicle structures and materials will ensure that all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. You must also have a high level of physical fitness as this job requires heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time. Experience in auto body repair is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for learning this trade.

Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Remove damaged parts using various tools such as wrenches, pliers, or cutting torches
- Repair or replace damaged body panels using welding equipment
- Apply body filler and sand down surfaces to create a smooth finish
- Paint repaired areas to match the original color
- Inspect completed repairs and make any necessary adjustments
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in auto body repair preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structures, materials, and repair techniques
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Own set of basic tools is an asset

Working Conditions:
This position is based in Vilnius but may require travel within the city or surrounding areas. The working hours are flexible and can be part-time or full-time depending on your preference. We offer competitive pay starting at 1100$ per month and opportunities for growth within our company.
