Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.
- Understand the needs of clients and provide them with personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Handle complaints or concerns from clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to better assist clients.
- Identify sales opportunities through client interactions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment is a plus.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Utena, Lithuania.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.
