Web Developer

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. You will work with a team of designers and developers to bring projects to life, ensuring that they are optimized for various devices and browsers. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting website issues and implementing updates as needed.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other relevant programming languages. You should also have experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal. A keen eye for design and user experience is essential, as well as the ability to work within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and coding websites according to client specifications
- Ensuring that websites are optimized for various devices and browsers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with CMS such as WordPress or Drupal
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop)
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Location: This position is located in Faro, Portugal. We offer accommodation options for non-local candidates.

Salary: The salary for this position starts at $1400 per month.
