Concierge Assistant in Monte-Carlo
We are in search of a skilled and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Offer assistance with luggage and escort guests to their rooms
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with check-in and check-out process as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Monte-Carlo area and tourist attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Salary: $1000 per month
