Concierge
Concierges are responsible for providing exemplary customer service to guests at hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments. As a Concierge in Monte-Carlo, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the most luxurious and glamorous cities in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and tours
- Arrange transportation for guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
