Job Title: Merchandiser - Greenland



As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed effectively to attract and retain customers. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales trends to make strategic decisions on product placement and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain visually appealing displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Analyze sales data to make strategic decisions on product placement, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative ways to attract customers and increase sales
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and ensure compliance with company standards
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate the effectiveness of displays and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform merchandising strategies
- Travel to different locations within Greenland as needed for store set-ups or special events

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong creativity skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within Greenland for work purposes
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Greenlandic language is a plus)

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This position is based in Greenland but open to candidates of all nationalities.
