We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
