Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Canada
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative tasks and support services for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office calendar and schedule appointments for staff members
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting as necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials such as agendas, presentations, and reports
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports and track office expenses
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized
- Order office supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be a Canadian citizen or have the legal right to work in Canada without sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary: $1000 per month
