Technical Support Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with computer systems, hardware, and software. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing training and guidance to clients on the use of our products.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or remote access tools
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems for clients
- Train clients on the use of our products and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter
- Document all support activities in our system for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our products and services
