As a seasonal concierge for our luxury resort in Pokhara, Nepal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during their stay. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, making reservations for local activities and dining, arranging transportation, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required and previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. This seasonal position includes accommodation and a free visa and ticket.
