Carpenter



We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props using nails, screws, or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, and roofing according to specifications
- Inspect and repair damaged framework or other structures
- Follow safety procedures while operating tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Attention to detail with good manual dexterity
- Physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1000 per month

This job is suitable for men who have experience in carpentry. Accommodation can be provided if needed. This is an English speaking job but fluency is not required. We welcome applicants of any nationality who are willing to relocate to Jerusalem for this position.
