We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in commercial and residential properties. Your main duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical systems, repairing appliances, painting and carpentry work, as well as any other tasks assigned by the property manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Repair or replace faulty appliances and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, doors, cabinets, etc.
- Install new fixtures or furniture when needed.
- Perform painting and drywall repairs.
- Conduct basic carpentry work such as building shelves or repairing furniture.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants/clients professionally.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently with limited supervision.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is based in Los Angeles but we welcome applicants from all over the USA. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Preference:
We welcome applications from all backgrounds but prioritize applicants who can speak Malayalam fluently. This job is open to both men and women who have the required skills.
